1.Turn off the console.
2.Make sure the power cord is plugged into a working electrical outlet.
3.Make sure the USB connector is plugged into the back of the console.
4.The light located near the middle of the split cable should be green.
No green light? Try plugging the cable into another outlet to make sure that the cable is working properly. If you need to replace the cable, contact Xbox Support.
5.Turn on the console
Run Kinect Tuner in this order run:
Audio then Tracking, then calibration. I am sure you will get the error during this. After you complete as much of that as you can go back to the Main Kinect Tuner screen and hold:
Left Bumper, and hit Y.
This should pull up a screen that looks like I have linked to this post. Could you please provide me the Step ID and Status for each of the three items displayed?
